Dear Fellow Chutzpanim,
One of the great things about Tel Aviv are the little parks that dot the city, providing beautiful green respite amongst the otherwise densely populated neighborhoods. On a nice run during Shabbat, I found this little haven, devoted to a Habib Shanan (I think, my Hebrew is pretty poor):
The path down from the hill is quite nice:

There was a dedication to Habib Ben Shanan on the right below, who appears to be a song writer.
An Adir S. emailed my facebook account recently with an update on what the stone reads:
Thanks to Adir S. for his help! If you have any criticisms or extra information, feel free to message my facebook page!
Like many places in Israel, it has it's beauty, and its sadness. At the pinnacle of the hill I found this mat from a homeless person:

To help you with Hebrew:
The round stone on the right says:
פינת חביב
Chaviv corner
I.N.O. Chaviv Ben-Sha'anan
Who grew up and lived in this place
Donated by his mother Sara Ben-Sha'anan

The trapez stone on the left says:
ציון
Zion (Land of Israel)
Zion dwells in blue and white
Miracle of God rests upon her,
Paths in Zion built by man
The granaries are filled with wheat and wine
The miracle dwells in Zion, homeland.

The "totem" is a memorial for the operation of crossing the nearby Yarkon River by the British army during the First World War.
The Commander of the operation was Major-General John Hill,
And the square is in his name – "Hill Square".
Chaviv has in his name only the park – "Chaviv Corner".

There's a sort of totem at the top of the hill:
As anywhere in the mediterranean, there are many pirate feral cats:
Shalom, my Towarzysz!
