Dear Chutzpanim,
Well since my family are in town we are exploring Tel Aviv, and taking some trips around Israel. Like most international flights, they flew into Ben Gurion, ~15 minutes outside of Tel Aviv. Most international flights tend to arrive at odd hours, e.g. 2 AM, and after a long flight people are pretty jet-lagged, so it's best to rest a bit around Tel Aviv before traveling too much.
One of the first things to do in Tel Aviv is to see the gorgeous beach-front.
Here are some pictures we took from the northern part of the beach, by the Sheraton hotel:
I like this panoramic, although my Shiksa, Baobei Funky Feng, says I like all the panoramas.
Israeli's like playing a violent game where they smack dense balls with wooden mallots; the first chutzpan to re-circumcise his opponent receives a Challah.
The "Sheraton" beach is also equipped with volleyball courts.
People like to run and exercise along the beach.
The promenade is nice, with restaurants/ cafes.
Relax!
There are many large hotels on the beach front.
It seems like the tide is extremely high lately...
