Dear Chutzpanim,
Before I started filming, this Chutzpan had honked three times already. Basically, there are no parking spots available in this parking garage in Rabin Square, Tel Aviv. In classic Israeli Chutzpan fashion, he deals with the situation by honking at people in front of him.

Who is Sauce???
